Katherine Hailey-Uriah is the neighbor and one of the best friends of Bennie Blinn and Bill Bletcher. She lives in Pigville on Victor Drive, across from Bennie and Bill's House, with her mother, Haddin Sabrina-Elisabeth. Ursula has a huge crush on Bennie (though he doesn't seem to notice it) and spends most of her days participating or helping with his and Bill's projects. She also spends time trying to earn Riverside Girls patches and is also great friends with the members of her troop in the Riverside Girls.
